   Hello, I am Julie Cales, and I have been in this business for 29 years. I love working with people. For those of you who are ready, I plan to bring you the best services a salon has to offer. I am licensed in hair, nails and massage therapy. I have many certificates in skin care therapy as well.
   We strongly believe in continuous education for all members of our team, by providing regular training in the latest updates in this industry. We don't have to go to Las Vegas; we are bringing Vegas to the Farm.

   Hi, I am Jim "Mecco" Cales the salon coordinator and marketing director for A Great Escape. I love art, literature, philosophy. I am also a master hairstylist and artist, retired for the moment, as I am pursuing some of the other possible paths that life may have to offer.
   Yet, still find myself involved in this ever changing beauty industry, and still loving it.   Mack, who is our son, is a natural artist and hairstylist. Mack is going to become the Robert Cromeans in this new arena, soon to be known as Farm Vegas in the very near future. He is definitely a rising new star.

   Hi, my name is Peggy Flannagan. I finally got to pursue my passion 16 years ago by becoming involved in the beauty industry. I am a licensed nail tech. I enjoy what I do and the people I get to meet. What a joy to be in the environment and to see the growth the beauty industry offers. Pass time activities include fishing, playing cards, crochet and my two cats. Oh, and by the way, A Great Escape is my family because Julie Cales is my daughter.

   Hi. My name is Julie Green, but I am also know as Jewelz. My personal interest has always been in art. Cosmetology enables me to express my art through the expansion of my artistic expression. My focus is hair, nails and skin care services. My goal is to expand my mind and opportunities with hard work and continuous education. I am also the proud mother our newest addition to A Great Escape's dream team, Dejah! She is the next generation's cosmetology star. I constantly look forward to meeting new people with our great services and adding to my artistic portfolio.

   My name is Mack Cales. I am a stylist at A Great Escape Spalon. I have always wanted to be a hairdresser.
  I enjoyed my apprenticeship and plan to bring fresh, new, artistically inspired ideas and philosophies to this new age business, inspired by Paul Mitchell and Robert Cromeans.

   I am Amber Jackson, a cosmetologist at A Great Escape. They call me the "color queen" and I am a free spirit. I love to do hair color, anything from funky to conservative. I can make you look terrific whatever your style may be. I also enjoy doing occasional nail art and makeup applications for my clients. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my birds or shopping at the mall. Come by or call for an appointment and a free color consultation. I would love to help you find your palette.

I am Ashley Bishop. I am the manager and nail apprentice at A Great Escape. I am a student at Longwood University. I have been working with Julie for four years and I enjoy watching the business grow. I am excited to see where we will be in the next four years. I can be found spending time with my family and friends when I am not at work or at school.

I am Becky Jackson. Amber, the color queen, is my daughter. I am a cosmetology apprentice currently, but started out as the receptionist at A Great Escape. I love working with the innovative staff at A Great Escape. I enjoy using the best quality products that the industry has to offer. One of the great things about our products is that they are not tested on animals. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing familiar faces.
