An oxygen bar utilizes 90%-92% non-medical oxygen combined with aromatherapy to allow a person to breath 4-5 times the amount of oxygen they would normally get. The air we breath is composed of 21% oxygen and a mix of other gasses including Nitrogen and Argon. Sessions are 10, 20, or 30 minutes long and can result in increased energy, clarity of the mind, a general feeling of being refreshed and uplifted, along with the reduction of stress, and relief of headaches.
